  • Signed a memorandum of understanding with Gwangsan-gu Office to jointly promote the Korean wheat industry.

  • Signed an academic exchange agreement with the Army Infantry School.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with UBASE Co., Ltd. for conditional employment as managers and internships.

  • Signed a military-academic agreement with Hampyeong Hospital of the Armed Forces Medical Command.

  • Kim Sung-eun, coach of the Archery Team, was presented with the Presidential Order of Sport Merit, Geosang Medal.

  • At the 91st National Sports Festival, the Archery Team achieved first place in the women’s university division at 70m, 60m, and 30m through An Se-jin, and finished as team runner-up.

  • Signed a sisterhood agreement with Zhejiang Shuren University in China.

  • Signed a sisterhood agreement with Communication University of Zhejiang in China.

  • Selected for the first-stage Regional Innovation System (RIS) project of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, “Our Wheat Bread Brand Project.”

  • Signed a sisterhood agreement with Nguyen Tat Thanh University in Vietnam.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Suncheon Hope Hospital.

  • Won the overall team championship in the women’s university division at the 27th President’s Cup National Men’s and Women’s Archery Tournament for the second consecutive year.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Hyosung ITX, a call center outsourcing company.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Gwangju Temporary Infant Care Center.

  • Selected as a Beauty Academy educational institution, among six universities nationwide, by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation exchange agreement and designated hospital agreement with Bright Eye 21 Hospital.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Gwangju Veterans Nursing Home.

  • Finished second overall in the women’s university division team event at the 44th National Men’s and Women’s Archery Championships by Division.

  • Held the 2010 Freshman Entrance Ceremony.

  • Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with New York Pie (NYP) Education Group.

  • Held the 2009 Commencement Ceremony, conferring 539 bachelor’s degrees, 82 master’s degrees, and 92 bachelor’s degrees through the Academic Credit Bank System.

  • Signed a sisterhood agreement with Beijing International Economics and Trade Training College in China.
