Introduction to the Department
The Department of Food Contents cultivates food culture content specialists who are equipped with food content production and SNS utilization skills by developing cooking abilities in coffee, desserts, and pet food based on professional knowledge of food management, hygiene, and research and development.
Students develop field-practice abilities in areas such as food quality management, food development, patents, barista skills, patisserie, and pet food manufacturing, and may advance as food content creators, YouTubers, and influencers.
