Approval was granted for the Department of Counseling Psychology to train professional counseling teachers and for the Department of Speech-Language Therapy to train special school teachers.

Approval was granted for the master’s degree-linked course for Grade 1 professional counseling teachers at the Graduate School of Education, and the teacher education program was established for the 2006 academic year.
